What this is (in plain English)
This is a mockup of a Restaurant Shift Control Center. Instead of you bouncing between the POS, reservation app, and yelling across the line, this screen says:
"Fix these few things before and during service and the night runs smoother."
Every section and slam point shows up like an episode, so you can see where the room and the line are about to get crushed.
Behind the scenes, it keeps simple checks so pre-shift, staffing, and specials are handled before doors open.
If something like this lived on the office or host stand computer, would you look at it before every shift? What would you change so it feels like your dining room, not a generic template?
