What this is (in plain English)
This is a mockup of a Remodeler Control Center. Instead of you guessing from texts, paper notes, and drive-bys, this screen says:
"Hit these few jobs and calls today and the whole board moves forward."
Every project shows up like an episode, so you can see whats waiting on you, whats waiting on the client, and whats waiting on subs or inspectors.
Behind the scenes, it keeps a checklist for each job so material, change orders, and inspections are lined up instead of living in your head.
If something like this lived on the laptop in your truck or office, would you actually look at it before you leave the shop? What would you change to make it feel like your crews board?
