What this is (in plain English)

This is a mockup of a Realtor Control Center. Instead of you digging through email, texts, and five different apps, this screen says: "Do these few things today and youre on top of everything." Every buyer and seller shows up here like an episode, so you can see who needs love and whos ready to close. For each deal, you could send the client their own link that auto-updates as the file moves, so they can see where youre at without blowing up your phone. Behind the scenes, it keeps a checklist for each deal so title has every document before closing and nothing slips through.
